My friend can’t log into her account

My friend sent me a text earlier today saying she wasn’t able to log into her account. I tried seeing if I could log in myself to try and help, but it wouldn’t work. She pressed “forgot password”, but it still wouldn’t work. Does anyone have any idea on how this could have happened?
