it's an automatic message that you get from the game when you tried to trade a pet that you got from the pound. It's the game of adding sentimental value to pound pets.

Don’t panic! It’s normal.
It’s an automatically generated email when you trade pets that you adopted from the pound. There’s an old thread where Nick (I believe) talks about creating it.

nah, its normal. what happens is when you get a pet from the pound and you try to trade it away, it sends you a DM trying to tell u not to do it. dont worry

there's a way to stop this!

1. click on 'my account'
2. scroll down a bit until you find 'rules, folders, and settings'
3. input the following using the drop downs provided:

"if subject begins with a message from your pet | delete message"
