Easter event banner question

Hi, probably silly question about my first banner event! Does the banner appear on a specific page--like say, I wouldn't find it unless I happened to navigate to say, the archives page in particular? Or is it a random chance to appear any time I reload a page in general, as long as it's not on cooldown? Thank you ^^

No, you can collect them on most pages. There are some that won't generate a banner but it will indicate at the bottom that no eggs can be found there. It's random.
