Mail Glitch?

Hello!

I've had this notification in my messages for a few days, and I'm not sure how to clear it and/or find the phantom message?

You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

I've deleted all my messages in my inbox and outbox, I literally just have 1 left that was too sweet to remove... any ideas?

You should be able to click "Release all on-hold messages" or some other part of that text if I remember correctly
