Hi cinnamonbun! If you're looking to go by more than the rarity labels attached to the pets, I would suggest asking for advice in the "Is this a fair trade?" thread Make sure that if you share an active trade, you use the link at the bottom of the trade in the window that says:

Copy this link to show someone this trade:

You can also ask for advice in the "How much is this pet worth?" thread if you're wondering about the worth of specific pets!

Keep in mind that most trading conventions on the site are just that: conventions. Most of what people will describe as "fair" when trading is based on largely agreed-upon guidelines by the CS community, but it will always wobble slightly from user to user c;
