How do CS Staff BECOME CS Staff?

Hello there CS peeps! i was wondering as the tittle said how exacly does one become some kind of CS Staff!
Or just contribute to the new monthly animals or something like that! i have many ideas and i think i could help and i think lots of other people do to so well idk heh ^^' thank you anyway
