Problem with Global Announcements?

Hiya c:

So. My discovery came with, first, the Global Mod job and now the Cake Contest. I tried to bookmark them both, but it didn't show up. Only the Global Mod job has showed up because it has been removed from the global announcements spot. Now, I understand why I might not be able to bookmark them - because they are global announcements, they are in every forum anyway. But there is also one more thing. If I post in a global announcement, it doesn't show up in my posts. It's the same with everyone else. Is this a problem, or was it done on purpose?

Also, just wondering, is there a way to delete all groups at once? Because I'm currently rearraging my groups [again P:] and it's a lot of hassle to delete them all by hand X3

I dont know why it happens but yes, posts in global announcements wont show up, and they wont show up in your bookmarks.

I dunno why tho lol. But it happens to everyone

Yeah, I suppose I was a little ditzy to try and add them to my bookmarks X3
But I'm still wondering about the posts c:

I can never find them in my My Posts either. XD

It's just something strange about the forum. But the Global Announcements are at the top of every forum section and if you just click the My Account link, that'll show you all of them too.

Yeah, it's kind of a hassle, but those announcements would probably try to pop on top of all the other bookmarks, posts, etc. because that's what they're supposed to do. So, count it as a blessing.

Your posts don't show up in Announcements because they're more like news posts and aren't actually forum topics; they simply have the forum post layout. It isn't a glitch.
