Around halloween, I'm almost certain there was a staff member named "Mr Halloween". I think they where a roleplay mod or something. But I looked at the staff list the other day, and their name wasn't there anymore. Am I hallucinating, or did they leave the staff or something?

Their name was "Mrs. Halloween" and about them quitting I'm unsure. Their name isn't highlighted anymore so something could have come up. But you'll need somebody else to confirm it.

They haven't been active for a while and I think that CS has cleaned out inactive staff lately, it especially shows in the global mods list. You didn't hallucinate at all though, there was an RP mod with that name but they have left their position^^.

Yup. Tess said that there's soon going to be applications for that job. A large part probably due to Mrs. Halloween being removed.
