Every time i send a suggestion on a trade it always gets cancelled so I was thinking if you can remove it and just keep the edit button on the suggestion trade.

The suggestion was added for a reason. Perhaps the trades your sending aren't reasonable or good in the eyes of the people your sending them too.

I don't see nick removing the cancel button at all.

Actully I've got a good Idea for the trading center.
You know when you go on trade to look at them or just to send one. We have two tables one for Acsepted trades and one for Canceled trades that would make it easier for people to look at.

I have no issues with viewing the list as it is. Its very very easy to see that I have accepted trades, and canceled trades (they have a red background)

Making two tables would make more work for nick, and the page far more cramped.
