Message Help.

Hi fellow CS users.

Now I have been on CS for a long time, but this has got me stuck for ages.

You see, my inbox says that it has one new message.
I look and I see I have no new messages and no on hold messages.
Is there any way to get it off?

It's worth checking if you have a message from a while (maybe on another page) that you never read. That happens to me quite a lot.

Nope, that dosn't work. I have emptied all my folders and stuff but still it wont go away.
