Poll problems

How come when i tried to change the poll on my thread, it completely messed it up? I only put four options, and not only did it double and completely mess up the order, it added options from the previous poll as well.

This is really annoying me, as this poll is important and it wont work right. Ive tried fixing it many times.

Whats causeing this and how can i fix it?

This has been an issue for a while. I've never seen a fix for it.
