i think a farm theme would be a cute summer event concept! inspiration could be taken from farm animals, fields of crops and flowers, rustic barns, and overall a rustic cottagecore-y theme. here's some inspiration pictures i found:

Aw, I’d love a haunted house theme, Halloween is my favorite holiday so having a spooky summer event sounds really fun to me!

-The History of art (or art styles)
-Farm Life ( A Hay-Day.... Lol if term isn't copyrighted )
-Mall ('"Mall Madness?" if term isn't copyrighted
-Mystery (Like something is missing)
-Elements of Nature (earth, fire, water, thunder, ice, shadow, etc..)
