if you want a website like a photo album i would say moonfruit.com is good. and its free! or try picnik.com it's really cool if you want to edit and upload photo's. its cool!

I use both tinypic.com and photobucket.com and all I have to say is Photobucket uploads somewhat faster and uploads bigger immages better
