Hey
I was wondering if when you get photoshop cs4 you can get the brush flow and pressure or do you only get that with tablets?
Thanks

Only with tablets. If you are thinking of getting one, I suggest the Wacom Bamboo.
It is what most people use (including Tess and Myself).

Is there a specific one you would recomend (fun, touch, etc)?

I have the Bamboo Fun, which has Touch and Pen capabilities. As far as I know, most people switch off the touch functions anyway.
I recommend the Bamboo Craft. It has the same dimensions as the Bamboo Fun and is cheaper (they are both of medium size).

If you are looking for something smaller, then I'd go for the Bamboo Pen.
