Pet Background Problem?

I changed the background color of my pet, but when I went back to the page, it was blank again.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Changing the background color only temporarily changes the BBCode so that you can post your pet on the forum with a different background color. It doesn't permanently change the background color on the pet's page.

Coalchaser is correct. The background is meant for displaying your pet on the forum. ^^
