Account problem

One of my friends just registered but her little cousin changed her age so she is coppa'd. Her real age would make her un-COPPA'D but she does not know how to change it. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Well, you could send a COPPA permission form to Tess and Nick. That is OK for sure. Another possible idea is to remake the account, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Do not remake the account (please don't give out this advice wickedwolfgirl. It will get people in trouble)!

I believe they would have received an email with the form after they were COPPA'd. If they need a new one, please email the coppa@chickensmoothie.com
