My sis has problems with trading on her ipad. When she wants to send a trade, she can't open any groups to choose pets from. They are simply not shown and it says "no options" where the groups should be.
She has a Samsung phone and it works fine on this one.
I have a Samsung phone and a Samsung tablet and I have no problems either.
The only device it doesn't work with is the Apple ipad. What is the reason for this and how can it be fixed?

Hiya!
This appears to be a relatively common occurrence with Apple products and there are a few ways to get around it: one possible work-around is selecting outside of the window (which should make the "no options" prompt disappear) and then reselecting the drop-down menu to select a group. Another option that has been shared is to select a different tab and then return to the original tab you were sending a trade in. ^^
