Selling Dressups

I'm slowly working on building my item collection up and was considering (in the future) selling dress ups that I make.
It would be somewhat like an art store, where I'd have bundles up for sale at the moment and an option for custom dressups.
My two questions:
-Am I allowed to sell dress ups? (it would be for C$ or pets, not any real world currency)
-Where would I put the forum?
