1x1/invite only rp form/topic/threads questions

If I'm going to be doing a 1x1 / invite only rp, should I create a separate topic for the character form/base rp info/ setting / inventory / images or would it be okay to have them as the first few posts on the thread & keep them updated? The first page (i.e. first 10 posts) would be the only ones with any significant amount of images, the rest of the content of the rp would be mostly entirely text since the images would be kept up to date in the first few posts. I don't want to get started the wrong way & have the topic locked; any feedback is appreciated!
