How To Block A Thread

The title is kinda self explanatory, how does one block a thread if there even is a way to. This is a question that came to mind after some personal stuff happened that I rather not talk about but a thread keeps popping up at random and it gives me a bitter taste in my mouth so I thought I'd ask the community how I can block the topic/thread. If there is no way, that's ok, just in that case there is, cool, I'd use it to stop seeing the thread

Hiya! There is currently no way to block threads, however you are welcome to voice your support on a current suggestion that exists on the subject ^^
