(SOLVED) Forum Time/Date/Year is "Fixed" for Me

I hope this is the right place to ask for help, but...

...I got a problem with the dates & time shown on the Forums: for me, they all display this specific date/time: 3/12/15 8:40

Even other people's user join dates display 3/12/15 8:40.
And yes, I have tried multiple browsers, such as Chrome, Chromium, and Edge. Same results.
Clearing the browser cache does not affect the time/dates, only images.
This problem does not show up when viewing Chicken Smoothie in "Incognito" pages on these browsers.

I've actually been playing with this same "little" issue for years, oddly enough. I didn't really care much about it until now, since I'm going to be doing some raffle stuff and I'd like to see the time/dates without having to view the page in an Incognito window.

Is this some kind of issue on my end, or something else?

While the timezone change didn't work, I noticed the "date format" was set to a custom date, for some bizarre reason. I changed it to the current time, and it looks like the dates on my screen are in order now. Thanks for your help! My issue's been solved.
