suggestion: lights on and lights off stamps for LOLO

I think this would be great for people with stamps as their sig. Sorry if this already exists!

lights on lights off is not an official game, it's entirely user-run. it's not like the official site events like the summer or halloween banner hunting events. non-official, user-run games are not going to get official site stamps

and honestly, i also feel like having official stamps would only cause more problems, because people would start using them without knowing that they have a connection to the game, thinking that they're just your normal CS stamps
