hi! is there a forum thread where i can post rarity changes? just noticed this dog went from uncommon to rare.

This guide gets updated every midmonth (on the 15th) to show pets that changed rarity, you can post any rarity changes you notice in here!
The guide has already been updated, but if you see any pets that changed rarity that aren’t already listed in the guide, you can post here to notify others of the change.
