Friend's List Not Updating?

I noticed that when I remove or add a "friend", the list doesn't update? Is this a known issue? ):

Hi there,

It can take a few minutes for it to update your friends list, but it should sort itself out eventually! If I am not mistaken, the affects of adding/removing someone is immediate (say if you have PMs or certain trade groups locked for friends only). It's just the visual list that needs a moment to catch up.
