Stuck items on my pet

I has trying to take off items on this pet-

Adopt virtual pets at Chicken Smoothie!

But whenever I saved the changes on my screen it still looks like it's decorated? I don't know how to fix it, I clicked save and when I click add items the cat doesn't have items on her, yet she's dressed up when I check "my pets". I've refreshed the page but it didn't help.

Weird, I don’t see items but the expanded pet space suggests it does. Maybe there are items behind the pet or outside of the viewing area?


Edit: I had to check what option were available on the pet dress up, I rarely add items to pets anymore.
Try zooming out completely and then use the box select tool to select the whole area, I think it will “highlight” any items on the pet with in the selected area, and then you should be able to remove them.

I got the item off the pet, thank you. I still don't know why it looked like it was fully dressed with multiple items though, that was weird.

Sometimes it will take a bit longer for the items to be removed. Even if you refresh it may still show it. I usually come back a bit later and it will be updated.

That makes a lot more sense, thank you for clearing it up! I didn't even know it took a while, I thought you just had to refresh.

When items look like they're still on a pet even if they're not, that's your cache keeping the old image to save loading times. Go to the pet's page, then hit ctrl + f5 to hard refresh the page!
