Where to put more restricted giveaways?

For the recent disability awareness adopts, I was hoping to make a thread where I could give them to people with service animals -- is there a particular forum I can do that? The free adoptions forum rules you cant exclude who can adopt, but I'd rather give the dogs to those who need them (more likely after july)

hi! from what I observed, it doesn’t appear to be anywhere you can host restricted giveaways.
You can state on your thread that you’d prefer to give the certain pets away for people with service animals as you want to support that group, but in the end whoever/s wins those pets, I don’t believe you can strictly forbid them from entering/winning. I’m sure people with service dogs would highly appreciate the thought behind your giveaway, however <3
