Can we post our CS artist aplication?

in the artist application rules, they said to not post the template you colored in until they say so. now that the artists have been announced are we allowed to post them?
"You may not share colored/completed versions of the templates in the CS forum, in chats, or anywhere else online until AFTER applications are CLOSED. (We will announce when this is okay)."
since the applications are closed I would assume we can, but I haven't seen them announce that it's okay.
but if yes then in what forum will it be best suited for?
