the site has been saying ive had 1 private message being held back for weeks now because of a full folder and will be resorted once enough space is made available, ive deleted every message in the folder and made multiple new ones and it's never shown up and the site keeps telling me its still being held back O_O does anyone know how to fix this lol

you have to click the 'release new messages' in the notification it gives you. it's not a very obvious mechanic and a lot of people miss it lmao.

there should be a message at the top of your inbox that says smth along the lines of 'You have x messages held back. Release new messages...'
you have to click the 'release new messages' in the sentence. it's not a separate button.
