Please help me find the origin of this pet!

I've been trying to figure out how to add this pet to my wishlist because it is by far my favorite pet design on this site... Can anyone help me with this? I just really want to actively start scouting this pet because I love it so much!
If anyone knows anyone who might trade for this pet, please let me know as well!
