Trading Rules Regarding Family Members

Hi! Bit of an odd question.

I know that creating multiple accounts to get more pets is completely not allowed. My sister used to play this game a lot and has not touched it since around 2016. (With her permission of course) would it be possible for me to transfer her old pets to my account since I'm active and play? Or, would Chicken Smoothie count this as cheating?

Obviously, I don't want to get banned, and I did not create that account (she's had it since 2011 alongside me).

Does anybody have any idea if I could trade those pets over?

I believe it can be permitted in some cases, but a large forewarning is to create a Help Ticket to let staff know and get an ok from them first !

As long as you submit a help ticket and ask permission to transfer the pets over to your account staff should allow you do this.

Just wanted to confirm, yes please submit a help ticket and do not transfer any pets until you receive specific permission to do so.
