what is the rarity distribution?

hey, can someone help me?

i remember seeing this rarity distribution chart during the halloween event that read something along the lines of "commons: at least 1 in every 5 users, uncommons, at least 1 in every 10 users, etc."

i've looked everywhere for it, but i haven't been able to find it! any help is appreciated!

I'm pretty sure that hasn't changed anyways, it feels right.
