question about images

ok so i have been struggling to find good images for human characters so I have been using a site called site where i got it will you tell me which one of these pictures is free to use then cause it looks like all of them to me https://rpginitiative.com in the face claims section. my question is if thousands of rp sites and if these people are some of the ones that are ok with being used as fcs how to tell what pictures on there are free to use. because I have seen over 200 legit role play sites use this as a directory to find pictures of fcs.
