Trade and PM issue?

So earlier today I received a trade for an Advent event pet and made an edit to it and the other person accepted the edited trade but I'm not sure they meant too? I tried PMing them about it so the pets could be traded back, but the PM doesn't appear in my outbox/sent mail and I know I sent them something so I'm confused on to how that could have happened?

This doesn't seem like something regular users can help with, so I suggest sending in a help ticket!

If it doesn't appear in your outbox then that means they read the message or at least opened it. If it doesn't show up in your sent messages box which is separate from the outbox, then you may need to resend the message, chances are it didn't go through or your internet had a hiccup? Better yet you can send them a trade suggestion asking them if they want to trade back
