Question about special release pets

Hello,

In the pets archive I see "special releases" but I was wondering how can you get them, is it like a event or like store pets of something else?

I never saw these pets for sale, at a event or something.

Hope someone can help me, also PM about his are welcome

Special Releases consist mostly of UR pets. Every December 18th, you can adopt a special giftbox from the Advent Calendar that allows you to adopt some older, valuable pets. In that box, some entirely new pets called UR pets (unreleased pets) are included and are very valuable!

In addition, every time you adopt the monthly horses/ponies, there is a very small chance that you may adopt a zebra too. This was also true for Malk's adoptables; you had a small chance to adopt a dragon with the monthly Malk pets. Since Malk is a retired artist and no longer makes CS pets, the only way to get a dragon is through the December 18th re-release. (There are 3 dragons that were released as regular pets but the white, blue, and red dragon were available this way).

Lastly in 2008 there were some pets released for Tess's birthday, which were not regular monthly adoptables.
