What does MA mean and what are they worth?

I'm still learning all this very confusing lingo. But what exactly IS MA?

Mid-Advent, the list of pets can be found here (they're the ones in the middle of the Advent list e.g. Tier 7, hence the name).

In short, they're relatively valuable, and that's the best answer I can provide really on what they're worth. I've been on CS for over a decade and have trouble keeping up with the lingo and values too!
