Trouble longing in?

My lil brother plays this aswell and recently had to restart his device and now it wont let him log back in and says "You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and pasword you now also have to solve the CAPTCHA below." He not only has the correct username and pasword and completed it right but it said that when he first tried to login.
