Halloween Dragon Dogs

I'm a tad bit confused (and possibly blind), but what turn in for candy gets me the two dragon dogs? These dudes:

I've gotten all the ghosts and gooey dogs, and i'm working on the bat cages, i just couldn't figure out how to get these two. Thank you in advance!

those are banner dogs! you only get those from the Banners at the bottom!

They're from the banner! c: they have a random chance to appear when you click on the banners.

Instead of getting candy on the banners you instead get dogs! :]
