Donating to the pound

I'm really sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm super new. but I just tried to give a whole bunch of duplicate pets to the pound, and those trades are just sitting there, saying that they're waiting to be accepted. when I donated items to the lost and found, those trades went through instantly--is there a set amount of time that trades to the pound should take? or is something broken for me? thank you so much for any help

It can take some time for the Pound to accept trades. It can take up to ten hours, but is usually a little faster. If it does not get accepted after ten hours, feel free to send in a help ticket!
