Can't Post on Halloween Swap

I try to post on the Halloween Swap page, but it says I've already posted in the past hour. I go through my posts, but I haven't posted there at all! Please do tell me how to fix it.

There isn't a site function that actually blocks you from posting based on when you last posted on a thread. On threads that do have time limits, users have to keep track of that themselves. The event trade thread does move quickly at times and if someone submits a post while you are typing yours, your post does not go through like normal. You have to review the other post that was made while you were typing before you can resubmit your own. It does save your post though, all you have to do is scroll down and try submitting again.

If you are still having trouble with it though I'd suggest showing us a screenshot of the message your are getting when trying to post (Or just copy-paste it if you can't screenshot).
