How to add image to pm

I asked this question before and a mod told me that there isn't a way to add images to PMs, but another plyer said that there is and they were able to PM me an image. How do I do that?

You need an image with a Url. So if it's not already on the Internet, you need to upload it somehow (if you don't know how just ask)

Then take that Url and put it between this: [img]thing.here[/img]

And then you'll get something like this:
