Can a user be deleted if they

havent been on? I mean, I tried to change my name, and it was taken byt this person who hadnt even played the game. They had 0 posts and no activity. They havent been on since 2010 and I just think its a but unfair to people who could actually be active and use the name. Is there a way to maybe delete these users who havent been on for like 10 years?

if the user in question has no posts and no pets on their account, then you can send in a help ticket and staff will free up the username for you!

but if they have even one post or one pet, then there's nothing that can be done since cs does not clear accounts with any form of activity (on the chance that they may return in the future)
