How do I use portrait size in the Oekaki?

I've seen other users do it but I have no idea how, is it something limited to ChibiPaint only? Cause I use chrome and it never pops up.

When you open a new canvas, there's a little symbol at the bottom right of the toolbar on the left-hand side. It looks like a square and a diamond layered on top of each other. Select this and it'll let you turn the canvas to be portrait oriented.

I meant it kind of as in canvas portrait and width, but okay then-
