Oekaki Question

Is it alright if the character I draw has blood on her face?

I believe it's specified somewhere in the Oekaki rules, but if I'm not mistaken, it is okay.
But, it has to be a small amount, like smudges. Gruesome/gorey wounds or larger amounts of blood are not allowed.
Here's an example of an acceptable amount of blood via a pet:
