Oekaki Shortcut Help?

So I searched for a bit but I can't find an answer to my question. Are there shortcuts to duplicate a layer or folder? I have an entire character I need to duplicate but do I have to duplicate each individual layer?

Also is there a way to copy and flip a layer vertically or horizontally? I swear I've done it before but I can't remember how.

I don't believe there are any shortcuts to duplicate layers. However, if you are using ChickenPaint V2.0, in the bottom left should be a button with a folder icon. Click it to create a folder, then click and drag a layer into the folder. Once all your desired layers are in the folder, you can select the folder, and click Layers > Duplicate. This will duplicate the entire folder, and all layers within the folder!

To flip a layer vertically or horizontally, in the top left, click: Effects > Flip horizontal/vertical!
