The image is a guide to "nons" and it describes this:

"Non dogs" or nons is a term used to describe the following dogs from July '08: Moon dog with purple collar and no swirls known as the non swirl, moon dog with green collar and green eyes known as the nontag, sun dog with a swirl on the tail but no jewelry known as a nonjewel, and the grey dog with the green collar known as the noncoon. The dogs are each named for something that a litter mate has that the pet lacks.

However, other dogs described using non, like the non balloon, are not actually nons. All non dogs have the same value and are on the ex-list. They are worth a two sorbs or a pink sorb. Nons are used to measure the value of rare pets so that numbers don't get confusing like saying a pet is worth 9,000 2009 rares.
