How to event??

This is pretty late, but I dont understand how you get the notes and the powerful gem for the event. What am I supposed to do??

The journal page is a random drop from the banners which you can trade for the apology note- it seems to be quite a rare drop though!

[Seasonal]

If you get a journal page you can exchange it for a sorry note, which can then be exchanged for the crystal. You can then turn in the crystal for a dragon!
