Need advice

A person has given me a gift already, but now I’ve been sent sent another one, and I’m not sure if this was intended or not as there was no mention in the trade message. I don’t want to cancel, and sending a message to ask if it was meant for me twice seems rude or ungrateful. If I accept it, chances are the person will never know, but it feels… wrong to do :'''0 Any advice? Thank you so much <3

Its really up to you. Unless it was obvious that they didn't mean to send it as a gift (such as including a message that asks what you will offer) it is fine to assume they meant to send it as a gift.

Just personally speaking, I don't see any problem with just sending it back and asking if they meant to send you two gifts. I think most people appreciate that sort of thing.
