do I need a permise to do adoptables?

Currently, I do not think you need permission to create an adoptable species becuase the forum is open to everyone. I am currently in the progress of making a species, and I don’t need permission. You are free to create a topic on any forum as long as it is relevant to the forum. Hope this helped and have a great day/night! <3
