Hello! I'm not sure what happened since this has never happened to me in the 10 years that I've been playing.
I went to adopt the new Earth Day event pets and items but it glitched and said I already adopted them. I was able to grab the first box of pets but couldn't with the items or second box of pets. I was on my phone at the time so I tried using my computer and it didn't work there either. The second box pets aren't in my groups nor are the items.
Any help or insight would be really appreciated!
