Can anyone tell me what this pet is called/worth.

I really want to be able to trade for one of these at some point, but it's hard when I don't know what people usually call it. I also want to find out what it's worth (preferably explained in terms that someone who's still learning rarities/demands/date rarities could understand haha). Thank you for any help.
Edit: Also, I'm sorry if there's a better place to ask this. I get very lost trying to find the right rarity threads.
